TERMS:

1. The Library will only be accessed by recognised members of the media and only at the invitation of KONE or its representatives.
2. All KONE copyrights and those of the artists are strictly reserved.
3. All images and film footage used will be attributed to: Copyright KONE or ©KONE, unless otherwise informed in the library.
4. Images and footage provided within the Library may be reproduced without formal permission for sole purposes of reporting on KONE only and only if provided that the material is appropriately attributed. All other use is strictly forbidden, with express prior permission in writing.
5. Images must not be modified beyond resizing, reducing resolution, image file format conversion, adding appropriate labels.
6. The files you download will not be shared outside of your organisation unless for the sole purpose of producing a story in the media on KONE.
7. For any other re-use of the material you will apply for permission to use by contacting kone@kallaway.com 
8. You acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for ensuing these terms are met by your organisation.
