Tying in with the launch of his new book, Plastic Sucks! You Can Make A Difference, McFly and McBusted bassist Dougie Poynter launched a Plastic Sucks! Degree at KidZania London on Saturday 14 September, where four to 14-year-olds learnt how to become Recycling Champions.
After enrolling in the University of KidZania, kids will discover how we, as humans, impact the environment every day, and how they can take action to make the world a better place. Encouraging learning in Environmental Science, kids will look at the correct way to recycle plastic, metal and food, and learn where this ends up.
Dougie’s Plastic Sucks! Degree is included in the KidZania admission ticket, along with all of the other fun learning activities the city has to offer as part of the four-hour experience. KidZania London will continue to run the Plastic Sucks! Degree throughout September for planet-saving warriors.
