Chalegrove Properties, the developers behind London’s best-selling new luxury development One Thames Quay, has announced an exclusive partnership with Dapa Atelier, a leading British interior design practice, to provide buyers of their latest release at One Thames Quay a chance to fully design their home before they move in. 

On completion later in 2024, One Thames Quay will comprise of one, two and three-bedroom apartments each with private balconies over the water and access to exceptional private amenities. The new design service brings another level of personalisation, convenience and luxury when buyers are creating their new home.  

Called One Thames Quay Bespoke, the service gives buyers access to multiple days of design time and expertise from the Dapa Atelier team. Residents will work with a designer to bring their interiors visions to life, creating a bespoke and individual living space. 

Key Highlights of the One Thames Quay Bespoke:

•       Individual design: From furniture selection to colour schemes, experience a tailored approach that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences from single professionals working from home to those who work away much of the time to families.  

•       Seamless integration: Designs will integrate the buyers’ existing artwork or furniture to create a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere throughout your home.

•       Sourcing: Dapa Atelier designers can create a shopping list for buyers to purchase, or they can supply and coordinate all the items for you at an additional cost (subject to minimum spends and terms & conditions.) 

One Thames Quay Bespoke is available as an option to all buyers and will provide between five – 10 days of design consultancy depending on the size of the property purchased.  

The initial consultation can be carried out in person or online and provide buyers with a range of routes and solutions for their property that suit their lifestyle. 

Buyers can purchase additional elements to One Thames Quay Bespoke such as purchasing of furniture, art consultancy, decoration and moving in services.
